7/3 – I was so looking forward to the upcoming holiday! Nevertheless, I was working late on that day for cranking up the design calculations for an interesting project in Chico StateU. Well, I felt like I was working slow, as I could have push myself to work more efficiently… I’m not sure, for I gradually lose the excitation to work on what I like to do. Energy boosts are required, see Jamba Juice for details!!!
Surely I had some fun w/ Davis’ friends at night – watching TRANSFORMERS, oh yeah! That’s a cool movie that you don’t want to miss. BUT, there are many more “cool” movies coming up… so I wonder how many movies I can efford to watch during this summer, considering the fact that I am a poor engineer with “little debts” buiding up?
7/4 – Independence Day
Yay, day off!
As usual, I woke up late this morning and spent almost a half day “relaxing myself”, which included medium game playing and intense DVD watching. Thanks mom for another great lunch today… haha, I still have three or four meals to go… Alright, no cooking needed this week!
Thanks Raymond for your genousity to open up your place to us! I’m sure we all had a great time with “Bang” and MahJong. (FYI: I am not good at either games, and I decided to mess around at the kitchen area by doing some light food preparations). Thank God that we were all “very cooperative” to clear up all the dishes on the table. Looks like Raymond would have to do some grocery shopping very soon…
The “official” fireworks in Davis sure were beautiful, though it’s incomparable to other metropolitan cities. Like Po Chun said, it’s just good enough, for she’s satisfied with what’s in front of her eyes. I agree. Let’s see if I have time to sketch up the beautiful night scene. If I do, I would definitely post up what I have (I haven’t been sketching for a long while…)
